Every purchase of a DIGILAB digital product is covered by a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Reply directly to your order confirmation email, or contact us at mdkvt@icloud.com with your order number. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Digital products

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, access to the files does not affect your eligibility for a refund under this guarantee.

After 14 days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
